Glow Girl Session

Glow Girl is an impactful 45-minute session thoughtfully designed for tween and teen girls. This empowering opportunity helps young girls establish a strong bond with their emotions, enabling them to skillfully navigate the complex terrain of their feelings. Within a safe and nurturing setting, I will lead open conversations with them regarding the range of challenges they face – whether they are academic obstacles or personal struggles. With the assistance of expert guidance, together we will embark on a journey to discover proactive solutions and nurture a resilient mindset. Furthermore, we will collaboratively create practical strategies, fostering newfound confidence in these girls to elegantly handle the ups and downs of life's various encounters, allowing their inner radiance to shine brightly.
