Our Group Fitness Programs are not a one size fits all approach. We design our classes in multiple layers, so our clients have choice in how they want to execute their workouts. In each class we hit all major muscle groups, get your heart rate up, and keep you moving for 50 minutes. You burn a ton of calories, get stronger, more toned, and in a non-judgemental, supportive environment.
This total body circuit training class will help you reach a new level of fitness! Our circuits are a combination of cardio, core, stabilization and strength exercises. We time each circuit to keep you moving and keep you focused on the exercise you are performing.
